Traditional Log Homes Ltd. primary goal and company philosophy
is to provide high quality, truly unique, custom design log homes. Energy
efficient, ecological and less wasteful, our natural dream homes are designed
and handcrafted using only the best hand hewn timber using only number one
quality Douglas Fir, Spruce or Western Red Cedar. All logs are carefully hand
selected, hand peeled and hand crafted to exact tolerance by well-experienced
craftsmen.
Although Traditional Log Homes Ltd. exports to Europe and the
Pacific Rim, a good portion of our clients come from the recreational and
retirement market. Traditional is a medium sized hand crafting company
situated in Salmon Arm, B.C., the heart of British Columbia's finest slow
growth timber, exactly equidistant from Vancouver, B.C. and Calgary, Alberta
and at the head of the Okanagan Valley. Traditional is ideally suited to serve
out-of-province clients moving to this highly desirable area.
Established in 1976, the company was founded by Duncan and
Vivian Morris.
